1. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS We don't accept cancellations except if you give us valid reasons. However, you will have to pay us 50% of your order. 2. SENDING OF CONFIRMATION EMAIL Because we are currently using the free plan of the site, we can't edit the stocks of our items. Please note that we will send a final confirmation email of your orders. This mostly applies to our keyrings, pins, and griptoks. 3. PAYMENT DEADLINE The deadline for payment is 24 hours after the confirmation email has been sent. A penalty fee of PHP 50 will be imposed every succeeding day after the DOP. 4. SHIPPING The courier that we will use for our shipment will be J&T. Please give us 2-3 days to ship your products. 5. ISSUES RE: SHIPPING We will not be liable for any lost or delayed parcels. Please provide us your COMPLETE address including street and barangay. 6. SENDING OF PROOF PAYMENT To have a seamless transaction, please fill up the form that we will send in the confirmation email. 7. RETURN POLICY In any case, if you received a wrong or damaged item, please email us immediately. Please also provide an uncut unboxing video for our reference.
